Become a Computer Support Technician (CompTIA)

The CompTIA Program is designed to prepare students for a career as a Computer/Network Support Technician. In addition, this course provides the necessary training so one can successfully pass the CompTIA certification examinations for A+ and Network+. Students learn about the various hardware components that make up a PC; and, how to diagnose and repair desktop PC hardware failures, including peripherals such as printers. It also covers the “nuts and bolts” of Desktop PC operating systems, hardware topologies, RAID, various types of servers, protocols, cabling, and extensive troubleshooting to expand your skills.
